Portal Maintenance has been successfully completed well ahead of schedule. The Portal is now operating on the new version of Blackboard 9 and has been returned to full service.

1. Send an email message with an empty Subject line from your University account to listserv@listserv.utoronto.ca and in the body of the email include only:
subscribe UTPORTAL-L YourFirstName YourLastName
2. The listserv will send you an email asking to confirm the subscription by clicking on a link
