Bio of Suneet Tuli: Co-founder of DataWind (http://datawind.com/). DataWind and Mr. Tuli were in the news recently with the launch of the Akash tablet PC in India that retails for under $50. [http://aakashtablet.org/]. Mr. Tuli will speak about the use of technology in enhancing welfare, and engage in a discussion with participants.
