Halsall Joins Parsons Brinckerhoff

Halsall is excited to announce that we have become the Canadian Operating
Company of Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), the global professional services firm
specializing in infrastructure planning, design and program/construction
management. The merger, which includes Halsall’s sister companies, Pivotal and
Loop, is effective today.

Founded in 1885, Parsons Brinckerhoff now has over 14,000 employees dedicated
to meeting the needs of clients and communities in the Americas, Europe, Africa,
the Middle East, Asia and Australia-Pacific regions. Their major business is
transportation, but power/energy and water resources are becoming increasingly
important.
