Halsall Awarded for Advancing use of Wood across Ontario

Halsall was honoured at the 10th Annual Wood WORKS! awards for promoting the use of wood in structural design.

In presenting Halsall with the Engineer Wood Advocate award, Wood WORKS! commended us for “helping Ontario achieve recognition for leadership when it comes to wood use in large healthcare facilities.” This is the second time in seven years that we have won this award.

Halsall was also a member of the design team that won the Institutional Wood Design award for our extensive use of wood on the North Bay Regional Hospital.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, Halsall will continue to implement and advocate the use of sustainable materials in all our designs.
