Unfortunately not all Annual Activity Reports submitted by the due date of April 30, 2010. As it is year-end the delay is understandable, however, please note that the final date of submission of the reports is FRIDAY, MAY 14, 2010 by 5 p.m.

If you require a copy of the report forms, they can be found on Blackboard or please email me for them (alina@civ.utoronto.ca).
